Maximise organisational effectiveness by improving personal written skills necessary for communication both inside and outside the organisation, and help participants acquire the knowledge and techniques to assist the when working with colleagues and customers in face to face and decision making situations.
You will learn to:
- Communicate effectively through reports internally and externally
- Create a greater awareness on written communication and effectiveness in this area
- Have a thorough understanding of the reporting process, barriers to it and techniques for overcoming them
- Recognise the use of reports and have an appreciation of the use of graphical report elements, tables, and figures in producing reports.
